Since I started in December 2002.. I am proud to say that we have not encountered one unhappy customer.. 100% happy beaks!!!  This section is a tribute to all of my customers.. and all the lovely emails and letters we receive.

January 27, 2008  Ozzy was taking a break from shredding her Mister Softee Toy so I took a picture while she was still. This is the last balsa block that's left on this toy. A lot of the Softee People are headless and limbless, too, and she also loves shredding the palm ribbon meticulously. What an awesome toy! It's like a playstation for a small bird. She likes to climb all over it and hide inside it. She also preens on it and takes naps behind it. Susan CA   December 20, 2007  Many thanks for the excellent service and your thoughtfulness. Scarlett has had lots of fun with her Betsy toy, there is not much left to it now, only the leather curls, the yellow chain links and the hard wood cutouts!!! She also has been entertaining herself with the big bird toy and the knots toy. I have enclosed a few pictures of her with the betsy and knot toy. Again, many thanks. November 4, 2007   Goose and I had a very nice visit yesterday in your beautiful store! Thanks so much for all of your help. I baked the Strawberry Shortcake bread today and Guapo our Eclectus went to town on it - as usual with your birdie breads. He also had a good fight with his new soft wood chew toy. Goose and myself are relieved that we have such a great and reliable bird toy/food resource so close to us that we can visit in person from now on! September 9, 2007   Hi Lisa, Her is a photo of our 10 week old baby Parrotlet Chicklet chewing on one of the many toys I purchased at your shop on Friday. I had a lovely experience at your store the other night with my Mom and you were so helpful in helping me make some great purchases and you were absolutely right about how much Chicklet would love the soft wood toys as you can see her enjoying her new toy below. I myself happen to love the shoulder wrap with the toys attached - what a fabulous idea and I also love the plastic mat for under the cage - it wipes so easily and helps save my hard wood floors.  I will be returning shortly to see your new line of Parrotlet toys. September 2, 2007   Hi Lisa, Thank you very much for all of your help on Saturday at the store. Our blue fronted amazon Maui is really getting into the toys.  He is starting to play with one of the other toys, but I didn't have my camera near by to take the photos. August 12, 2007   Gracie's box arrived today, and boy are the toys cool! (as usual). Thanks for the bagels and leather laces. No matter how much Grace loves her fancier toys, her Favorite swing is a coupla knotted leather laces hanging from a C-ring. Go figure :-) Just like a little kid tho, ya buy 'em some expensive toy that's all the rage, and they like the box it came in better. Gracie turned 4 in June, had a complete check-up, and passed w/ flying colors. Congrats on the new store being such a hit, but it's not surprising, given the entertainment AND safety you build into your toys. I haven't been to Long Island since '86, but if I ever get back, your store will be first on my itinerary. Take care :-} Steph 'n Gracie

July 30, 2007   Dear Lisa and Beaks, Momma recieved my pkg on Thursday and I wanted to write and tell you thank you for being so generous with your gifts. I have had so much foot fun this weekend I dont know what to do with myself. Momma filled my foot toy box with all kinds of goodies but the big plastic animals and the plastic snowmen are my favorite. Thank you for taking such good care of me.
