Why are your toys so expensive?

That's actually a big misconception by most people.. Like the ole expression goes "You get what you pay for".  I have always been a believer in quality versus quantity, so on top of the toys being packed with a substantial amount of parts, they are all  "custom designed" by me for your order, one at a time.. with patience and love.  My biggest suggestion.. never compare.

How long does it take to receive an order?

With our large  selection of toyparts & extensive selection of toy designs, your toys will be handmade by me for your order. Depending on my workload, it normally takes 2-4 weeks before your order is shipped.  I promise you, it will be worth the wait!  Toyparts & food  orders are generally shipped within a few days.  If you need something urgently, email me.

Do you have a catalog?

No. Because I am always coming up with new designes and retiring others, its best to view our current collection online.

Do you sell your toys wholesale?

Yes, only to very special avian shops... no online shops, sorry.

Will you design a custom toy for my bird or take custom orders?
It's my pleasure to design a custom toy specific to your parrots likes/dislikes, of if your bird has special needs (blind, handicap, etc...).  I also offer a "personal shopper" service at no additional charge... if you don't have time to order online, or just want to leave all the designing up to me, then just let me know a little about your bird(s), and give me a budget, and I will surprise you with a toy package!  I can do the same with sending toyparts packages as well.
 

What do you feed your parrots?

Fortunately, our parrots are on a pelleted diet... I try to keep them uncolored as as natural as possible.. with lots of veggies, nuts, fruits and grains too. Whatever mommie eats, they eat.

What are your shipping & handling charges?

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped express mail (insured and trackable) and calculated based on actual shipping charges plus a Handling charge of $10 for each box.  All duty and tax fees are the responsibility of the buyer.   Actual shipping will be determined and billed on the date of shipment. You will be notified of your shipping options at that time.
