This is the foot toy version of our jumbo bangle earings toy.  This thick 2" square stainless steel refillable ring has numerous stainless 1.5" spinners to rattle back and forth. I originally designed this as a foot toy for my mollucan cockatoo mango & blue & gold tiki, but you can easily open the lock and attach it to their cage bars as a fantastic rattling hanging toy.  Remember, this toy is refillable.. so if you like, add some shreddables or rattling rings, re-lock the toy and  you have a new toy design for your baby to play with.  Dishwasher Safe!
