Ok, ok,  it’s actually a poodle... hahha!  This was one of my original toys made on a teddy bear, but my little beaks love my bumpty poodles, so I had to start using them on this special toy! This little neon poodle has a a tahitian skirt of Supreme cotton rope to preen & little rings on top to rattle.  Hangs from a stainless steel lock.
